The hotel was clean, the staff was very very nice and exceptional. This was my 2nd stay, they offered a double room. The service was great, totally satisfied.

The location isn't too bad, it's close to the stadium and not far from Houston for the Ed Sheeran concert, with a functional and amazing room that includes a safe, cable channels, and a writing desk.

One of the advantages - good-sized rooms; they included a shower, hair dryers, and terry robes. The staff was professional, they were always available. The position of the hotel was particularly good and perfect, in the middle of jackson.

It was located in a great area near numerous good eateries, museums, and attractions like the Houston Zoo.

I recently stayed at The Westin for one night while my husband had a procedure at Hermann Memorial Hospital. The property was clean and enforced mask requirements well. The bar and food area were neat and had lovely outdoor seating with city views. The hotel embraced the Eras tour theme with fun lobby decorations. Despite being short-staffed, the restaurant and bar provided great service. The location was convenient for visiting museums and Rice University. Our king suite was spacious and had excellent maid service after our request. The valets and bellmen were friendly and helpful. I had a really good experience and will definitely return next time I visit.

Need to stay in this 4 star hotel. The room is good sized with a comfortable bed and pillows. It has both very friendly and top-class staff. The location is particularly good and perfect, as the venue is based in the middle of jackson.

The a double room was functional and had central heating, a flat-screen TV and a safe. Really enjoyed marvellous and unbeatable location of the hotel. Everything was great and within 26 minutes' drive of William P. Hobby airport.
